The author suggested that the Specific Carbohydrate Diet is the most effective against SIBO. Also laid out facts to support that. There are many diets included in the book such as Paleo diet, GAPS diet or Gut and Psychology Syndrome Diet, and FODMAP diet. Step-by-step instruction has been provided.
